Common issues include workplace anxiety, productivity issues, generalized anxiety, relationship difficulties, and life stress. I often see relationships, in one way or another, impacting some or all of these issues.

I personally connect to ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) because it provides an authentic and realistic way to sit with many of life's pain points. Sometimes we can fix a problem. Other times, we can learn how to better accept it. Throughout this, we are searching for our values and committing to them.

I like to think of myself as a “fellow traveler on your healing journey.” That means therapy is meant to feel supportive, respectful, and centered on your needs and goals. My job is often to give a push, or nudge, but not so hard that you fall, and not so gently that you stay still.

When it is safe and consistent with your goals, I generally begin by exploring ways to improve the relationship. We also consider when boundaries, distance, or ending a relationship may be appropriate. Abuse changes that conversation: safety matters. My role is to help you gain clarity and make your own decisions, not to decide for you.

My office is located in Paramus, NJ and provide Zoom therapy to individuals in FL, NJ, NY, and TX.

Yes, sessions are held with a HIPAA approved Zoom. Some clients are fully telehealth while others split between in person and remote.
